This is a mini-documentary Made by Jon a few years ago. From the story of a special friend, a local ski patroller at Copper Mountain Ski Resort. He tells the daily routine and demands of what it takes to be a snow sports rescue leader are like.

Nihility: the exact definition being complete nothingness or something that does not exist. This story shares the incident of Dylan Seqwalksh, the man who disappeared with only a box left. Yet there are broken pieces of stories where someone who is claiming to be the same Dylan tells the tale of the day he met himself. This dark comedy thriller mixes humor with thrilling metaphors for mental struggle. I chose to create something mysterious and unknown to confuse and compel the audience. The choice of bluish tones and a bleak color grade created the tone for the film. I wanted something that is not quite on either side of the rope, but something mixed of all emotions and moods

A short autobiography showcasing Jon and his ideas around filmmaking. He talks about his passion for story-telling and his love for horror movies. Includes a short horror film made by Jon as well.

Jon’s first film, even though he’s not proud of it, everyone must start somewhere. A short film following the story of Rex, a troublemaker who needs to find a job in the next week. His parents have moved to Florida and they’re kicking him out of the house. Rex and his friend Winston go through the struggles of being a soon to-be homeless teenager.
